July is here
Hello, Hello, I can see that I'm going to be a hit or miss type blogger. Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th. It was very quiet in Shingle, our county has a no fireworks law. Which is fine with me. We're very dry and a fire is always a worry. This time of year the husband always goes to Michigan to visit with his family, sometimes I go and sometimes not. It's kinda nice with no meals to cook and lots of time to caught up on behind quilts that keep calling me. I also have walls to paint and weeds to be pulled. Enough already....I'm working on an embroidery for my second granddaughter (will try to post pictures), a Halloween quilt for my daughter for Christmas and bom's that I'm behind in. Have a busy next week of sewing.

ReplyDeleteI knew you would get to it and you are worth the wait. Good on you for doing some embroidery! I love it up in the Shingle Springs area. I can see why there is a very wise ordinance against fireworks up there.
It is cooling down here in the valley and perhaps you will get some relief up there. Happy weed pulling and enjoy your time quilting.
